POPIA information notice

DriveITNow Fleet aims to process personal information responsibly and in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013, and other applicable South African requirements.

Responsible processing

We collect information for defined purposes including member verification, vehicle-owner authority checks, lawful-stay checks, safety, bookings, support and legal obligations. We limit access to authorised personnel and service providers who need it for those purposes.

Special and criminal information

Criminal or police-clearance information is requested only where required for safety, verification or a lawful business purpose. It must be handled as restricted information and must not be exposed in public listings.

For access, correction, objection or deletion requests, contact info@driveitnow.co.za. We may need to verify the requester before responding.

Complaints

Contact us first so we can investigate. You retain the right to approach the Information Regulator of South Africa where applicable.
