DriveITNow Fleet handles personal information to verify members and owners, facilitate bookings, support safety, administer payments and communicate service updates.

Information we may receive

This can include identity and passport details, contact information, residential information, driving credentials, certified documents, lawful-stay evidence, criminal or police-clearance reports, vehicle records and booking history.

How we use it

We use information for verification, fraud prevention, safety decisions, customer support, owner payouts, legal compliance and service improvement. We do not make certified documents public on vehicle listings.

Retention and security

Documents should be stored through a secure backend with access controls, encryption, audit logs and retention limits. This static prototype does not transmit or store uploads; production onboarding must be connected to that controlled service.
