Terms of use

DriveITNow Fleet connects verified vehicle owners with eligible drivers and visitors. We are a marketplace and service platform; each booking remains subject to vehicle availability, owner approval, verification and the applicable rental agreement.

Member eligibility

Members must provide accurate identity, contact, residence, driving and legal-status information. South African residents, lawful non-South African residents and tourists may apply. We may refuse or pause access where verification is incomplete or a document is invalid.

Owners and listers

Owners must have authority to list, provide matching vehicle documents and disclose material vehicle information. A non-owner lister must provide signed owner consent. Commercial terms are recorded privately in the owner listing contract.

Bookings and conduct

Drivers must use vehicles lawfully, follow the booking conditions and return them in the agreed condition. DriveITNow Fleet may suspend accounts, listings or bookings where safety, fraud or compliance concerns arise.
